Product Information
Our water tanks are made from an extremely tough but flexible type of plastic called polyethylene, which has been used in the industry for liquid storage for many years.
Absolutely safe! Polyethylene is food-grade approved and is the same material that is used for water pipes.
Our Recycled Ruth Slim Line tank cannot be used for drinking water due to being made with 100% recycled material
Yes! Our Bailey slimline water tanks are the ideal solution for aboveground water retention and detention. Check out our range of accessories for stormwater solutions.

Easy! Either find the tank you are looking for on this website and buy online, or call us on 0800 861 333 and talk to us about your requirements.
Our lead times differ between the North and South Islands - click here (link) for lead times specific to your area.
Shipping & Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering of the wrong colour or incorrect size ordered.

If you think there is a problem with your new tank, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Yes, you can collect your tank yourself, as long as you have the right-sized truck or trailer to do so.
Some restrictions do apply for tanks 9000L or larger, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
Call us to book a pick up. The water tank for recycling must be cut into 1m x 1m pieces and ready for our drivers to pick up.
Please note recycling pick ups are scheduled around our deliveries to your area.

Installation
Yes! Bailey Tanks are light and easy to move. Inlets and overflows can be cut into polyethylene using standard woodworking tools, while your outlet valve can be screwed directly into the BSP outlet provided. Click here for tank-specific installation instructions (link).
Our slimline, Slim Jims and Fat Sam tanks are not able to be buried and must remain above ground.
Our large (9000L+) ICON tanks can be safely buried up to a maximum depth of 500mm.
Our Classic tanks do not require restraints.
Depending on size, our Slimline and Slim Jim tanks may require restraints. Click here (link) for restraint information, requirements and drawings.
The site should be firm, stable and level. We recommend either a concrete pad or a compacted sand base. Click here for the specific installation instructions for your tank.
